What It Does:
The big new law for the whole country. It bans all THCA and Delta-8 by Dec 11th. It limits THC to almost zero.

Tried to ban almost all hemp items. The governor stopped it because it went too far.

Tried to limit all hemp products and only let liquor stores sell them. The House voted no.
What It Does:
Put a strict 2mg limit on THC per package. A big court said the state is allowed to do this.

Takes all hemp items out of smoke shops. Now, only real weed shops with a license can sell them.
What It Does:
Tries to ban all high-THC hemp items completely, even inside real weed shops.
What It Does:
Tries to tax and limit both hemp items and Kratom. Wants to put a strict THC cap on all items.
What It Does:
Wants to force anyone selling Kratom to register with the state health department to make sure it is safe.
